Set expectations, scope, cost, and schedule.
Method:
Detailed scope of services (drafting, renderings, animations, etc.)
Discuss:
Break down milestones, deadlines, and Payment terms (upfront %, milestone payments, etc.)
Checklist:
-Establish price for project
-Create and approve a contract of services
Third:
Generate collection of assets, create 3D models
Method:
Generate 3D model that accurately presents material selection, and furniture.
Create:
Make floor plans, elevations, and sections if requested.
Checklist:
-Show accurate site info, materials, and measurements
-3D modeling of space, structure, and materials
Fourth:
Create renders and animations, discuss changes
Method:
Use 3D models generated for renders and video animations.
Coordinate:
Deliver renders and videos to clients, listen to feedback and make updates.
Checklist:
-Discuss renders or videos generated for clients
-Get approval on final renders
FInal:
Final submission & handoffs
Method:
Deliver final drawings, PDFs, or files requested by clients.
File accuracy:
Images, video files, and architectural drawings can all be turned to optimal file size to be shared online.
Checklist:
-Send project wrap-up email with all deliverables linked
-Confirm clients needs have been met
